Parking: There is a reasonable size car park. The car park is at the bottom of a hill so access is via a flight of steps. There are 3 disabled bays directly outside the centre, which gives step-free access. To use these, go up the slope by the karting centre to reach the climbing centre.
Access to Reception: There is step-free access from outside.
Access to Walls: The bouldering, auto-belays and roped area are all on the ground floor, with step-free access to the bouldering mats and high walls. There is a training area on a mezzanine level with no lift access. The cafe is on the ground floor.
Accessible Toilet Facilities: There is an accessible toilet on the ground floor.
