Parking: There is a car park with 3 designated disabled bays, free of charge.
Access to reception: Wheelchair Access is from the right hand side of the wall via a ramp and intercom.
Access to the walls: There is an uninterrupted route from the reception to the walls. The flooring at reception, cafe and shop is wooden and smooth. There is some rubber matting around the slack line and pull up bars. There is step-free access to the bouldering mats. There is a training area upstairs but there is not lift access.
Accessible Toilet Facilities: There is 1 accessible toilet downstairs. Shower facilities are upstairs with no lift access.

The bouldering safety test is an online video with subtitles, this can also be done in person. Staff are happy to turn the music down or off if needed. Booking can be done online or over the phone.
