Parking: There is a car park down the side of the building which is shared with LSTen Skatepark. There are disabled parking spaces however they are quite far from the entrance. 
Access to reception: The front entrance has two steps down from street level. There is a ground level side entrance. 
Access to the walls: Once in the building there is step free access to all the wall areas and reception. There is a mezzanine level but this is just for an additional seating area - the rest of the centre is on the ground level. There is no lift up to the mezzanine level. 
Accessible Toilet Facilities: There are toilets but they are not currently accessible - the cubicles are small so a wheelchair user would not be able to easily fit in the space. There are also changing rooms which are not currently adapted, but this is something they are looking into.
