Parking: There is a large car park outside the centre with allocated disabled bays by the door.
Access to reception: There is half-ramped access via the main entrance. There is one small step inside the building to reach the reception area, but there is a fold out ramp staff can deploy to make full ramped access. All fire escapes are also ramped.
Access to the wall: Once at reception, there is step-free access to the bouldering mats. All the walls are on the ground floor.
Accessible toilet facilities: There is an accessible toilet.

Frome Boulder Rooms also contacted us to say that although they don’t currently have set times for quiet sessions, they are very happy to turn music down / off, give guidance over the phone and/or give a full tour of the centre with customers if requested.
