Parking: There is some limited parking outside the centre. There is also some paid parking around the back of the centre.
Access to reception: There is step free access from the outside into the reception area. There is a cafe area on a mezzanine level and there is no lift to this level. 
Access to the walls: All of the walls are on the ground floor with step free access to the bouldering mats, fun walls and auto-belay walls. There is a gym on an upper mezzanine level with no lift access. 
Accessible toilet facilities: There is an accessible toilet.
