Parking: There is a large car park with disabled bays directly adjacent to the building.  The parking area is predominantly gravel.
Access to reception: There is a large concrete ramp that leads directly to the reception areas. There is step-free access. 
Access to the walls: The ground level of the centre has no steps with step free access to the bouldering mat. The roped area is on the ground floor but climbers have to travel across the bouldering mats to reach them. The step up to the bouldering mats is 30cm. There is a seating area, viewing gallery and circuit boards on the first floor which is access via stairs. 
Accessible Toilet Facilities: There are accessible toilets.
