Parking: There is parking outside the centre in the industrial park.
Access to reception: There is step-free access to the main reception.
Access to the wall: The roped walls, auto-belays and the main bouldering walls are on the ground floor with step-free access. There is a small bouldering wall on a mezzanine floor with no lift access, however Parthian have expressed intent to install a lift in the future.
Accessible Toilet Facilities: There is an accessible toilet and shower.
