Parking: There is a large private car park with designated disabled bays.
Access to reception: There is level access into reception via a permanent ramp. There is a low level desk in reception. There is also level access to the coffee shop. 
Access to the walls:  All of the roped, auto-belays and 3 bouldering areas are on the ground floor. The corridor is wide with wide doors that accommodate wheelchair access. There are a further 2 bouldering areas and a children's bouldering area on an upper floor, there is no lift access to this level. 
Accessible Toilet Facilities: There is a designated disabled toilet.
