The climbing centre is split across 2 buildings (building 3 & building 5), access from one to the other is through a car park.

Parking: There is parking outside both buildings with designated disabled bays near the entrance.
Access to reception: There is step-free access to the main reception in building 5.
Access to the wall: The roped walls and fun walls are on the ground floor in building 5 with step-free access to them. There is also step-free access to the bouldering mats in building 3. There is a cafe in building 5 on a mezzanine level with no lift access.
Accessible Toilet Facilities: There is an accessible toilet in building 5 and building 3.
