Parking: There is a car park directly outside the centre with two designated disabled bays. 
Access to reception: There is step free access into the reception and café area.
Access to the walls: All of the climbing walls are on the ground floor, there is step free access to all the bouldering mats and the training areas. There is also walkway through the bouldering mats. 
Accessible Facilities: On the ground floor there is an accessible toilet and shower with shower seat on. There is also 2 unisex toilets on the ground floor. There are separate male and female toilets and changing areas on the first floor.
