Parking: There is no designated parking. The wall is in the city centre so there are car parks close by, each with varying prices and opening times.
Step-Free Entrance: The centre is on the first floor accessed via a small flight of stairs outside, and a second large flight inside the building. There is a lift which staff can operate for the inside flight if you arrange this in advance. If booked in advance, they can open up a step- free entrance via the student accommodation next door which eliminates the small flight of stairs outside.
Step - Free Wall Access: Once in reception, the main bouldering walls are on the same level. There is a mezzanine level with a traverse and weights area which can only be accessed via stairs.
Accessible Toilet Facilities: There are two large, open changing areas and also an accessible toilet.
