Parking: There is a car park directly outside the centre with no designated disabled bays. 
Access to reception: There are three small steps into the climbing centre. There is a portable ramp available on request.
Access to the walls:  There is step-free access to the roped climbing walls from the reception. There are some bouldering walls downstairs with step-free access to the bouldering mats. There is also a bouldering area upstairs, there is no lift up to this.
Accessible Facilities: There are accessible toilets available.
