Parking: There is a small car park outside the centre but this gets full very quickly. There is no designated disabled bay. Additional parking is found on the streets around the centre.
Access to reception: There is a small lip into the entrance by otherwise step-free. The door is narrow but staff can open a second door to make it wider if needed.
Access to the walls: There is step-free access to the bouldering mats on the ground floor. Downstairs houses a large bouldering space. Upstairs is another large bouldering room but with no lift, the only access for this is via stairs. Upstairs also has a gym area.
Accessible toilet facilities: There is an accessible toilet on the ground floor.

There is also a shop and seating area on ground floor which can be accessed step-free.
